Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.

Delivery Time. Most orders sent to the continental U.S. should arrive within 5-10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Some orders may take up to 3 weeks. Customers will be notified of any backorder status that would delay an order for more than 3 weeks.

For guaranteed delivery within 5 business days, please type "Express" in the comment box on the check out page. You will receive confirmation and a $15.00 fee will be added to your order.  Some items may not be available for Expedited Delivery.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped through the US Post Office. Customers who wish to use a different carrier should send an email request to Shipping@mjsheetmusic.com

Damaged Shipments. At MJ Sheet Music, we pack our orders very carefully and are not responsible for damage caused by freight carriers. Items damaged during delivery should be reported to the U.S. Post Office or delivery company used.

Returns.  MJ Sheet Music supports copyright laws.  For this reason, music may only be returned for the following reasons:

• Manufacturer's Defects
• Wrong item(s) shipped

Customers who need more information about a song or music book before purchasing should contact Customer Service

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department within 10 business days from the postmark date. Please email the refund request to support@mjsheetmusic.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
