MJ Music Club Terms and Conditions

1. Members must be 18 or older.

2. Members must complete and submit application.

3. Each approved member will receive a membership coupon code to use when placing orders for a 5% discount off every order.

4. When a new customer uses a member's membership coupon code to place an order, that member will receive a 10% commission based on the order subtotal.  The new customer will also receive a 5% discount. 

5. For every additional order that customer places, the referring member will receive a 5% commission.

6. Members will be required to choose between receiving commissions by check or receiving a credit toward their next order. 

7. Checks will only be mailed after commission reaches $25.00. 

8. Credits will be deducted from the next order.

9. Members must keep email address updated.  Any member who does not update their email address may forfeit membership and its benefits.

10. MJ Sheet Music reserves the right to change coupon codes as needed.  Members affected by changes will receive email notification.
